Alliance is connected to the Follow My Health patient portal. The Alliance patient portal is the primary form of communication with our office. On the portal, patients are able to:
· Send and receive secure messages
· View test and lab results
· Request Rx refills
· Schedule appointments
· Receive email care reminders
· Learn about Alliance classes and events
If you had a Medfusion patient portal with Alliance, please note that our office is no longer participating with that portal company. This means that patients will no longer be able to communicate with our office in any way through the old portal.
